My name in Don Mitchell, and I am responsible for maintaining IT equipment at Link-Belt Construction Equipment [www.linkbelt.com]. INTERMAX has provided service on all of our printers since the early 1990's, has consistently delivered superior service levels at reduced costs when compared to major organizations like IBM, HP, LEXMARK, etc.

Occasionally I have been listening to a sales pitch for service from the majors and I point out my INTERMAX service representative responding to a service call I made less than an hour ago. I ask if they can deliver that level of service and they always say no. WE at Link-Belt refer to this as the INTERMAX EXPERIENCE.

Liberty Alliance is a full service financial institution with offices in 6 states. It is critical that our data processing operation be functional at all times. Jeff Smith was our solution provider.
